Valley Metro is updating its online trip reservation system to improve rider exprience and make online booking easier and more convenient.
During this transition, online Paratransit self-service trip booking is temporarily unavailable through the Valley Metro website. ADA Paratransit service continues to operate normally and trips can still be scheduled by phone.
If you need to schedule, change, or cancel a trip, please contact our reservations team at (602) 716-2200.
Reservations staff are available daily from 6 a.m. - 7 p.m.
